Kubuntu pre-releases are NOT recommended for:<\/p>\n<p>* Regular users who are not aware of pre-release issues<br \/>\n* Anyone who needs a stable system<br \/>\n* Anyone uncomfortable running a possibly frequently broken system<br \/>\n* Anyone in a production environment with data or work-flows that need to be reliable<\/p>\n<p>Getting Kubuntu 17.04 RC:<br \/>\n* Upgrade from 16.10: run `do-release-upgrade -d` from a command line.<br \/>\n* Download a bootable image (ISO) and put it onto a DVD or USB Drive :\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cdimage.ubuntu.com\/kubuntu\/daily-live\/20170408\/\">http:\/\/cdimage.ubuntu.com\/kubuntu\/daily-live\/20170408\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Please see <a href=\"https:\/\/wiki.ubuntu.com\/ZestyZapus\/RC\/Kubuntu\">Release Notes<\/a> for more details, where to download, and known problems.
